Regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Statutory meetings of the Board of Commissioners are held on the Tuesday following the second Monday in April and on the second Tuesday in October. Meetings are held at 5:15 p.m. in the Circuit Court Room of the Delta County Building, 310 Ludington Street, Escanaba, Michigan.
A schedule of all County Boards, Commissions and Committees is posted at the Delta County Clerk's Office in the Delta County Building.
Board Meetings are open to the public and notice of special meetings of the Board of Commissioners and changes in meeting times will be publicized in the local news in accordance with Act No. 267, Public Acts of the State of Michigan.
