A Special meeting of the Delta County Board of Commissioners was held this date, pursuant to the following call:

Dear Commissioners:
The County Board will meet on Thursday December 1, 2005 at 5:15 p.m. in the Circuit Courtroom of the Delta County Courthouse to hold a Public Hearing on the 911 Plan Amendment. The notice of the public hearing will be published twice in the press in compliance with the statutory requirements (once more than 30 days prior and once less than 30 days prior.)

V. PUBLIC HEARING
Tom Kwarciany, Bark River Township Treasurer, addressed the Board with his concerns with the 911 Plan.
Gregg Johnson, Bark River Township Supervisor, addressed the Board with his concerns with the 911 Plan.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
1. Amendment to 911 Plan.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to adopt the Resolution Amending the Delta County 911 Plan identifying the Delta County Central Dispatch Authority as the primary PSAP for Delta County as presented.
