The
meeting was called to order at
Special Conference with AFSCME
Courthouse Chapter.
Attorney Terry Burkhart will submit a
letter to the county and to the union outlining the recommended terms of the
agreement between the county and the reinstated union employee subject to
ratification of the Board and the employee.
