ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Ruohomaki and Schultz.

EXCUSED: Commissioner Rivard.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Omni Center in Rapid River by Lloyd Matthes of CUPPAD.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. Township Zoning.

Chairman Elegeert presented his proposal of $0.50 per capita per year for 2 years for the County to provide zoning to the townships. The townships are to notify the county with their approval prior to March 1, 2008.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to adjourn at 5:25 p.m.
